Find local and nationwide business leads

Location shapes the usefulness of a business list. A local supplier may need prospects in one city, while an agency offering remote services may want businesses across a country. Lead Atlas supports both approaches using Google Maps business searches.

When to use a local search

Select a country and enter a town, city or area when you want a focused list. For example, search for “accountant” in Glasgow with the United Kingdom selected, or “digital marketing agency” in New Delhi with India selected. Clear place names are easier to interpret than informal regional abbreviations.

Local research can suit trades suppliers, photographers, agencies and other businesses whose services depend on a particular area. Check returned addresses and categories: a search area is not a guarantee of an exact administrative boundary.

How nationwide searches work

Choose a country and leave the area blank for nationwide research. Lead Atlas works through regional coverage rather than treating the country as one city-radius search. Availability varies, and a nationwide pass is not a complete census of every business in that country.

If you need more results later, submit another request from the same account. Previously delivered leads are excluded, and saved coverage helps avoid repeating completed research. New results are still subject to availability, matching and the limits displayed before submission.

Choose related backup keywords

Use the main keyword for the business type you actually want. The two backup keywords can broaden the search if the first does not fill your request. For example, “dance school”, “dance academy” and “dance classes” overlap, but may include different kinds of businesses. Review categories rather than assuming every result is identical.

Countries and contact availability

The country selector covers many countries and territories, including the United Kingdom, United States, India, Australia and Kenya. Google Maps coverage, available business details and public contact information vary by market. Supported country selection does not guarantee a particular number of leads.

Choose research depth, then export

Start with Google Maps details when you want names, locations and available websites or phone numbers. Choose enhanced contacts if you also need public emails and social links where found. Research may take longer when business websites need checking; you can close the page and return to the saved request.

Review the cost and permitted request size on the search form, then download delivered results as CSV. You are charged for delivered results under the pricing shown for your request.

Try your first business search

New accounts receive 50 free tokens: enough for up to 100 standard Google Maps leads, subject to availability. Enhanced contacts require a token purchase.
